Dashboard NY provides profitability and CFO consulting to small businesses. Carol and her first class team of professionals work with their clients in helping them interpret their financial data on an ongoing basis as well as strategically plan for their future growth. They study the company’s operations, reporting systems and metrics. They identify the problems, provide options for improvement and together with the business owner a customized solution is created. During the implementation, procedures and programs are developed, employees are either transitioned or trained and cost centers are reviewed for profit leaks. The final phase is to set up a monitoring plan to create budget and reporting systems, cash flow management and dashboards to measure Key Performance Indicators. Carol and her team have had great success in finding the profit leaks that every business has which has saved their clients thousands of dollars.

Carol thanks her family, clients, business associates, and other supporters who helped her achieve this honor.
