As Founder of COMPEL CEOs, Steve has a deep passion for assisting Business Owners, CEOs and their staff of small to mid-market companies build high performing organizations, while embracing the changes required for success in their professional and personal lives. Steve has over 35 years of experience as a Facilitator and Group Chair with a broad knowledge base in all aspects of what it takes to be a leading Executive. As a deal maker, market developer and business leader, he has a proven ability to combine strong motivational skills and decisive leadership abilities to develop and implement strategic visions. Steve is dedicated to improving operational processes, enhancing productivity and achieving financial objectives within an overall business strategy and believes that leaders must be constant learners in all aspects and stages of their lives. In addition to providing an environment for high growth, over the last 10 years he has assisted his clients in completing liquidity transactions in excess of $500 Million.

Jamie proudly joined her father at COMPEL in 2019 coming from a career in Product Management for the Retail Banking Division at Bank of America. With an MBA in Analytics, she brings a refreshing take on what it means to be a CEO in today’s world. As the next generation of COMPEL CEOs, it’s been extremely rewarding for both the business and Jamie, as she works side by side with her dad and founder, Steve Ramerini. She has proved invaluable by contributing to the organizational structure, providing process improvements and advancing business development, allowing Steve and COMPEL’s facilitators to focus on what they do best: providing Executives with the tools they need to succeed in business. Located in Southern Connecticut, Jamie is excited at the opportunity to expand the business to Fairfield County.

Jamie enjoys the reputation of being a bubbly go-getter with a high energy lifestyle. Outside of the business environment, you'll have trouble spotting her on the map as she travels the world in pursuit of everything new.

Russ is a former agency CEO and owner with 30+ years of experience in the Property/Casualty industry, specializing in closely-held and family-owned businesses. He has also been a CEO for hire working with various companies in the NY Metro area. Russ’s expertise includes Risk Management, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation Audit, Personal Insurance & Sales Growth. As facilitator for both the Trusted Advisors Group & Sales 300, he provides a safe space where our members can leverage their collective knowledge to produce exponential results and receive practical advice for unlocking sales growth.

Prior to joining COMPEL CEOs as a Group Facilitator, Russ worked for many years with Vistage International (but is much happier as a member of the COMPEL community). Outside of COMPEL, Russ proudly serves as the Chief of the Nissequogue Fire Department.

Jeff is a mentor, coach and educator working with business owners who want to grow and improve their businesses through better financial discipline, operational excellence, and growth strategies to generate lasting, repeatable success. Jeff partners with business owners who have a passion and want to learn how to net more money resulting in more time for what matters most to them. He strongly believes that through better management, problem solving, and planning, every business owner can achieve this. Jeff’s career started as an auditor at Coopers & Lybrand, Deloitte followed by a 20-year run in banking that began at Manufacturers Hanover Trust. At what is now J.P. Morgan, he led several significant strategic product launches.

Jeff leverages his expertise in leadership, strategic and project management, business continuity planning and how to build great teams to add value to the COMPEL team. Jeff trained as a CPA, is a Six Sigma Black Belt and an Eagle Scout.

Fig sets the standard for excellence in client service and data management as CEO of ClaimFox, the industry leader in claims management solutions. As Facilitator of our NextGen Group, Fig leads by example working alongside her mother. With her expertise in strategic development, she coaches the next generation of talent for multi-generational family-owned businesses on Long Island. As one of the founders of ClaimFox, She brings tremendous heart, passion and personality to her work — characteristics she believes every future Executive needs to lead a successful company.

Prior to ClaimFox, Fig worked for the U.S. Government handling Strategic Issues at the Government Accountability Office (GAO). Fig received her Masters in Public Administration from Syracuse University and a Bachelors degree from Hofstra University. Fig is just as active outside of the office as she is inside. She enjoys traveling, volunteering and spending time with friends and family. She also lives for a good cup of iced coffee, regardless of the season.

Chuck is a successful facilitator for C-level Executives looking to position their business as an industry leader. He brings a strategic focus to the clients of COMPEL CEOs given his experience in operation technology, executive training, finance and legal services. Early in his career, Chuck worked with leading brand marketers including PepsiCo, Xerox and Levi’s. In addition to holding C-level positions across both public and private enterprises, he served as COO for the AICPA. Throughout his distinguished career, Chuck managed several service industry restructurings and has grown start-ups in the airline & hotel industries. Chuck facilitates peer-advisory groups for CEOs of companies with a revenue of $100MM+ and 100+ employees.

Mitch Tobol | Group Facilitator | NYC

As a Marketing Executive with over 40 years of experience, Mitch brings an edge to facilitating peer advisory groups for COMPEL members. When you think of Mitch, think: energized and energizing, innovative and creative, forward-thinking and inspirational, doable and accountable. He is a marketing expert focusing on achieving a company’s business goals using intelligent marketing and cost-efficient tactics. In addition to expanding his marketing practice (the Tobol Group) into CGT Marketing LLC in 2009, his professional experience includes international work with the New York State Department of Economic Development GEMS (Global Export Marketing Services) Program assisting local companies with establishing international distribution and representation.

Over the course of his career, Mitch has been acknowledged for his successes by the Long Island Business News, Who’s Who in Graphic Communications and the Long Island Ad Club. In his spare time, Mitch enjoys teaching entrepreneurs the skills required to build and market their businesses. Currently, he is an adjunct professor at Hofstra University and has taught a wide range of courses at other local colleges, including C.W. Post and Long Island University.
