What is COMPEL?

COMPEL provides you with a vision of what your company can be in the future and what you can be as the leader of that company to facilitate its greater growth and success.

Peer Advisory groups have been around since the days of Ben Franklin; and not much has changed.  COMPEL takes a different approach – which is likely why we enjoy a 99+% retention rate of our Members.

We offer several different types of groups for owners and executives, each focusing on a different level of business – whether you’re a mature, established business working on strategy or a solopreneur aiming for greater growth. COMPEL members seek to progress during their career as business owners, moving from tactical CEOs to strategic CEOs with the end goal in mind of either the sale or transition of their business.

We have assisted many of our Members in both major acquisitions as well as the sales of their companies.   Over the last 10 years we have assisted several of our Members in selling their businesses in transactions totaling almost $1 Billion without the assistance of an Investment Banker, thus saving them multiple millions of dollars.  Many who sold did so at record levels for their industry.

The majority of those who sold have stayed in COMPEL as they transitioned to their next venture or moved on to becoming published authors.

Members who have been in our Boards for 10+ years have typically increased the size of their businesses by 3 to 10 times as we helped them execute the expansion of their markets and offerings.

Probably the best way I can describe COMPEL is to say it’s the place you go to have your answers questioned and challenged and to be held accountable for the decisions and direction you take with your business.
